How do you get a Minecraft realm join code? ›

The server's host should send the player an invitation code. The code is typically a six-digit number. Another method of receiving the invitation code is taking into account the “Share Link” invitation sent to the player by the host. The code will be the last six digits of the invitation link's URL.

In Minecraft, select Play. Select the Friends tab. Choose the Realm you want to play on from the Joinable Realms list.

This means you need an active subscription to Nintendo Switch Online, PlayStation® Plus, or an Xbox Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Realms is not supported on some older versions of the game. We recommend updating to the latest Minecraft version. Restart Minecraft.

You can't, sadly all realms are authenticated by Mojang. Cracked servers just skip the authentication to allow cracked clients (it's actually as simple as setting “online” to “false” in your server config file).

Select Settings.

Under General select Account. Select Manage Realms membership invites. Accept the invite to the Realm you want to join.

If you have never purchased Realms Plus before, you can start a free trial for Realms Plus for 30 days. After your trial is over, you will be charged the appropriate subscription fee every month.

Minecraft Realms is a subscription that players can buy to manage online Minecraft servers (“Realms”). Unlike your standard, multiplayer experience, Realms remain online and accessible to anyone who's invited to play, even if the host is offline.

Troubleshooting worlds not showing up for you to join

How much is a Minecraft realm? ›

Banned players are not allowed to play on servers, join Realms, or host or join multiplayer games. Bans are connected to the unique ID for your Microsoft account and not your gamertag or profile name. Permanent bans will be issued to players found in the most severe or repeated violations of the community standards.

You can join a public server, create your own, or purchase a Minecraft Realm. If your friends are on the same network, you can set up a LAN Minecraft server for local multiplayer.

As you can know above, the “Minecraft Realms could not invite the provided name” issue may come out due to an outdated version of Minecraft as well. In this case, it's recommended that you update your game to the latest version.
